In the face of Israel’s relentless genocide against Palestinians, the rise of the far-right in Britain and beyond, and the Labour government’s agenda of economic austerity and repression of protest, the left urgently needs a shared plan to resist and win.

The World Transformed (TWT) creates spaces where people and organisations from across the movement can come together to sharpen analysis, strengthen organising, forge networks of solidarity and shape the future of left strategy.

Our festival of radical politics, arts and culture began in 2016, and has since become the biggest political education event in Britain. This Autumn, liberated from the shadow of the Labour Party for the first time, TWT took place in Hulme - an area of Manchester with a radical history, and still steeped in joyful rebellion and resistance.
