Rebuilding a fighting labour movement is an urgent priority. A wave of activists committed to this mission in the U.S. and Britain have recently taken up “salting” – getting jobs in strategic workplaces to organise unions. Hear from salts at Starbucks, Gail’s and the NHS about their experiences and consider if this might be the path for you with coaches from Organise Now’s new salting programme.
